07. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed identity verification, active account standing and compliance with these Terms. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wongtoto account.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by method and may be affected by bank processing schedules, public holidays in Malaysia, account verification status and internal review requirements.

12. Suspension & Termination

wongtoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any account for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wongtoto support. Upon account closure, any verified and unrestricted balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures. Funds associated with unverified accounts or pending investigations may be held pending resolution.
